Careers
Cabinetry projects involve several types of work, from measurements and planning to fabrication, installation, and project coordination. The descriptions below explain common functions involved in custom cabinetry without identifying specific employees or making claims about current staffing.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing custom cabinets properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in custom cabinets or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
